Il est plus facile de nous ôter la vie que de triompher de nos principes...
--Maximilien Robespierre

Maximilien Robespierre is incorruptible love.

I am a history student with a great admiration for Robespierre and the French Revolution. I tend to be very opinionated on matters on which I am well-informed, but I am tolerant of equally well-informed opinions which may clash with my own. That said, enemies of the Declaration of the Rights of Man and Citizen are my enemies. Consider yourself warned.

I hope, however, that I won't find too many opponents of human rights or people who insist on arguing uninformed opinions, and really, those are the about the only two things that would make me anything less than agreeable to anyone.

In fact, in general, I'm more than happy to be able to discuss my interests, so feel free to comment. I often post translations (from French to English) of texts relative to the French Revolution, so if that's the kind of thing you're looking for, you've come to the right place.
